Howdy
Hi all
My name`s Carl.I`m 16 i`m from Oxford England(UK).
I`ve always been fasinated my archery and bow and arows.
The native american indains have inspired me.
I`ve never fired and arrow in my life.
lol I feel like an outsider.

Anyway i`ve came to this great forum to pick up tips and information etc.
And hopefully join a club and maybe do some hunting like the native american indians.

Hi Carl - welcome to the forum

We cover all forms of archery on the forum - and there are probably more than you realise! The one thing we don't include is bow hunting, and for a very good reason - IT'S ILLEGAL! The rednecked americans might do it, but over here it will land you in jail.

Living in Oxford you will find yourself within easy reach of a few archery clubs. You can find them from the GNAS website. You will need to do a beginners course at a club before you can join and shoot with the club - this is for safety reasons. But find a club and have a go - it's more fun than you can imagine!
