Hello from Cornwall
Hi, I shoot at Lizard Peninsula Bowmen.

I have been shooting nearly 2 years. I dabled with recurve for a bit but finally saw sense and got a compound.

Hi Alex, from the beautiful Lizard Peninsula. Lived in Cornwall for 30 years before moving to Bridlington in East Yorkshire. How I miss that fabulous coastline, walked many a mile there. Welcome to AIUK, its fun here, you'll enjoy it. Didn't think we got anymore cake tho, these days

Hey Alex

I learnt to shoot with you guys! Long time ago, when you were under another name. I even helped to mix the concrete for the drive at the top of the field!

We only had 3 or 4 compound archers back then - I was one of them!

I'm still shooting, but live in the Midlands now.

I don't know of any others... but Mark was playing with recurve/compound and trying to make his mind up when I was last there (2001ish) and i know that Jackie got injured and needed to switch to compound.

You've got a clubhouse and everything there now haven't you? I must come over and shoot the next time I visit the folks!
