Hello,
well, I thought I would decide do a few weeks of my starter course before saying Hello, just in case I didnt like it.
The course finishes next friday so I have ordered a Matrix with Evo II limbs from Chiltern. Lots of other bits needed, but Xmas is on its way. The bow comes with dacron string, and Hoyt super pro rest, I figure that if I get a sight (Cartel K. £18) I can borrow club arrows, and at least shoot it.

I will now join in, and start asking numpty questions,

Hi John!

Welcome to the forum - it's nice to know that the sport of archery has now firmly embedded itself in your psyche...

As for the 'numpty' questions, well, you might see them as 'numpty', but they're as valid as any of the others posted on this board, so ask away...

Having said that, before you actually post a question/observation, I would like to draw your attantion to the forum's 'search' facility, and request that you use it to see if your question has been asked before... it's strange how some issues seem to come up on a regular basis!

Get used to asking questions, it is the best way to learn. And as for the numpty questions, after 20 years of shooting I still ask them!!! The best thing is, there are loads of highly qualified numpties on here to answer them
