Arh, that explains it.

I don't know where Bronte is either......I would guess it related to Bronte as in the family but that relys on the reader known their literature and even then the family had more than one residence. I know of Bronte places in Derbyshire, SOuth Yorkshire and Staffordshire for a start...

Its like with adverts in national magazine - I wish people would just put their home county in ( ) after the phone number or whatever. At least then I wouldn't bother phoning someone who is so far away it would cost me more to get there than it would to buy the thing!

Perhaps clubs with non location specific names could be encouraged to do something similiar?

I agree there is no other way to sensibly keep the site up to date.

The 'new' GNAS site has been up and running for months now - plenty of time for all clubs to have input their contact information in.

Our info went in to the site in about May/June - soon after the site was completed, there are still a large minority still not there!

It is really easy to do and takes about 5-10 minutes at the start - and a couple of minutes each month to maintain,
