| got a screw loose My new ace arrows have screw in points which keep coming unscrewed. I have already lost one in the target. If I put loctite on them will I ever be able to get them off again if I need to?? |
| we were just discussing that earlier today...have a look.

| unless your left handed, shooting with spinwings or offset fletchings and they'll still come undone in the target.

| loose screws Try a bit of string wax on the thread or a drop of fletching glue a little heat will allow removal, but there are a range of loctites that allow removal also some thing called anti vibration paste but i haven't seen this for years it was made by the same company |

| I have had no trouble using fletching glue it seems to work better than hot melt and when you need to remove them a small amount of heat on the pile breaks the seal. Also when gluing make sure the pile is more than finger tight in the insert don't rely on just the glue to hold it there. |
