Why so negative? It's perfectly possible the person that was emailled hasn't responded for any number of reasons!

On holiday
Away on business
Dead computer
Problem with computer, didn't receive the e-mail
Countless others.

Before slagging this person off, maybe a further contact, or an approach to someone else on the County Committee for other contact details would be best.

Very true, Liz, but you'd hope that if someone in that position was away, that perhaps someone might check their emails, have them forwarded or have an out of office message. That doesn't take much trouble, either.

Anyway Mike, I hope someone gets back to you soon.

Seconded, 3 weeks is plenty of time to check, and reply to, your e-mails.

We've got coaches at our club, but they don't often come down to club shooting at the moment. They did teh beginners course a month or so ago, but didn't really get involved with use 'improvers' and they seemed to be about quite a lot during the indoor season, but when I've been to club night outdoors they'v enot been there.

then you need to raise it with your club's committee. we're about to start an intermediate course next week and i bet your club could do with something similar. doesn't hurt to ask!

Yup, but they are both in Scotland.

We get more limited compound shooters than unlimited at SFAA field competitions... Never seen a limited compound shooter at a Target comp though.
