It is slowly being changed here as well.

To be honest its partly my fault as i put a lot of work into novices through their first year, up to the point where they have most of their own kit etc.
I've now started trying to balance working on my own shooting, working with novices and working with the other experienced archers.

One of the first things i am working on is the get clickers used all round.

(I still wouldst say uni students have a raw deal, my novices are shooting higher scores far quicker than at the local club and get far more individual attention.)

There was a particular team last year who all seemed to have the same trend of clicker usage. When they drew up there was around a 2+" gap between end of arrow and clicker and each of them would slowly draw back over those 2" before shooting.

See... i can't shoot like that... when i come to full draw there is hardly anything left for my to draw/ expand the clicker (the blade is normally right on the very tip of the arrow), but i have seen some of the archers here shoot that way.. and it just leaves me thinking "why?! its soo much extra effort"

Yes it was bizarre, when i asked the clubs most experienced archer he said that he didnt know why they all did that, but it was something they should probably get sorted
