| Personally I dont use the nose as a reference point. Maybe its too short, but ive never actually touched my nose with the string. |

| String touches the centre of the lips and the tip of the nose. This results in a short draw but aids consistancy in each shot. Short arrows are a touch lighter and stiffer. Heavy points and no problems for me. |

| I personally anchor halfway on the right of my mouth and have my string touching the right hand side of my nose. I think its all just personal preference and which gives best results. |

| for many people the tip of the nose gives an excellent reference for a consistent draw length, good "eye to arrow" relationship and string alignment view. For some this means drawing down the side of the chin, rather than the classic "center of face" position. However you should do what ever works best for you, until you realise that I am right ![]() |
