There is only so much time available on a weekend course, so obviously some subjects have to be left out. Posture and shooting form are more important where time is a factor. Mental training is covered on the week course where more time is available. 90 mtrs is in Sutherland hall not Wenlock, plans to reduce hall distance do not seem to going ahead.
