| Yeah avoid red bull when shooting at practice or comps. Did it once at a comp and ater a couple of cans of redbu in the break i couldnt get back into it.

| Caffeine has its uses but I'd avoid it during competition. As has been said the extra alertness can make you a bit jittery. Colas and fizzy drinks are often loaded with it too, not to mention rubbish like Red Bull and other energy drinks. |
