| The claims for Wilderness Athlete seem to be misleading as although it has been "developed for the Olympic Archery team" if you look at the testimonials page there are all these macho guys in hunting gear, photographed behind a pair of antlers or a dead grisly bear. The first testimonial comes from some chap who works in a "power plant" in Nevada and he claims it kept him alert throughout his shift. The second testimonial states "it gave me a lot of extra energy without feeling like I just drank 4 cups of coffee. The taste is not perfect, but the results far outweigh the taste." It suggests that there is some kind of stimulant in the drink. If you then look at the "Nutritional information" there is indeed caffeine 125mg, or the equivalent of a strong cup of coffee in each "pouch". Anyone for Red Bull? Most of the other "nutrients" could easily be eaten in your normal healthy diet. ![]()
