I was given this list on Monday from my coach....

Thumb is NOT a reference!
Keep mouth closed!
Draw string down bow arm
Stand up straight
Keep head still

(Good) PRACTICE IS GOOD

And I thought I was doing well!!!

I find that the list is very helpful in practice when you are trying to fix something. I tended to concetrate too much on the new item and the rest of the steps might change seqeunce or be missed. Particularly checking sight window.

Once I've done the sequence a few more thousand times I hope my sequence will be:

1. Go to competition
2. Shoot.
3. Receive trophy.
4. Go home.

Just the two, Fred Wells trophy and Chantry 900 team trophy.

Though they haven't been returned, so I haven't, actually, physically got them.
