| How can gnas put a figure on 'reasonable expense'?? The cost of fuel varies vastly in this country as does the cost of upkeep on a car depending on what make & model you have... use your heads archers and stop being so pedantic and looking for definative answers!!

| If you need to be given a figure for car expenses rather than use a sensibly worked-out rate, why not use the one Revenue and Customs accept for tax purposes?

| LMP. I fear that you, too, have missed the point. NDY's statement was that one cannot EARN under GNAS insurance and this in turn means that should one EARN then the insurance is not valid: QED! What I have been asking is not a stupid question but rather more serious and I'm dissapointed that you are willing to brush it aside in this way. Getting tired of a debate does not mean it is acceptable to simply try to cut it short... It just means that no-one has provided a conclusive answer and in the interest of all in the coaching organisation this is not acceptable. I know we have senior coaches on the board that should know the actual status as should anyone qualified to assess candidates to coach level... Why have they not made an appearance in a definitive way? Could it be that they, too, are on shakey ground? If the GNAS published the insurance policy to members then we would all KNOW and not simply guess. Please do not be so dismissive. PS: At least two posts seem to have been erased from this thread... Is this censorship at work or a gremlin in the works?

| Isn't the GNAS mileage rate 25p per mile? Is that what constitutes a reasonable expense for using ones car for coaching duties etc? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
