I think you'll find they have. For example NDY is CCO North Wales. You've been told exactly what we have been told by the GNAS office. There is nothing more definitive beyond that they can give you. To be perfectly honest the coaching organisation isn't going to stand or fall on this particular point. If you're charging expenses, set a sensible rate (GNAS's own are a good guide) and get on with it.
