| Hello fellow archers, a small query. Does anyone know how to efficiently replace their feather fletching? I have 4inch fletching stuck with glue on aliminium shafts. The spine of the feather is being very persistent. Is it best to use a chemical remover or is good ol' fashioned filing a better option? I'm experimenting with different feather sizes so need an clean and easy way to remove them. hmmm.... |

| A sharp knife held at an angle of about 15 degrees to the shaft will strip away the fletching. If you do scrape the surface of the shaft a little, dont worry, it will help give the glue a good key when you re-fletch!
