Yeah all right I know all that, however I don't see you shooting them. You have ace's just like every other competitive archer on the line. Progress is progress, ali arrows out doors are not as good as carbons.

I get fed up with that argument about how wonderfull ali arrows are and how world records were shot with them, yes 10 to 20 years ago. And I'm sure the records have not been improved upon that much...I'm sure good archers will produce good scores with all arrows, but they will produce better scores with the right arrows. I wish I could shoot XX75 outdoors it would save me a fortune. I tried it! they did not make the distance too well and got blown all over the place, what is the point in making life hard for your self?

Lets at least advise people to get the right tool for the job, and not quote past glories. Archery has moved on since then.

Not sure sure ACE is better than pure Carbon as the cost of them is releativly high by comparison. Pure carbon is not permitted at some shoots, This would include the Carbon Aero as they are pure carbon too. If you have a budget, buy 8 ACC's. depending on what spine you need, these come up on ebay all the time too. Cartel Triples are withinn you budget too and are probably the best option. Check out the threads regarding info on these, that will give you plenty to go on.

Using an 18 strand string i had to bring my sight in to the 2nd hole. Having a 16 strand string and now that I am using the clicker I hope to get to 100 yards using the last hole, full extension. It would be nice to go from 18m to 100 yards without any alterations. The feel and balance of the bow is important in maintaining consistancy of shot and feel.
