they sometimes cut my hand and i get red stuff all over the bow and allmost the full lenth of the arrows

I tend to steer clear of the compound section...now I know why! Next Rich will tell us he likes wearing white stilettos!

And, TJ, I think cherry red is a bit young for you. Try something a slightly more demure.
