Fletching Question

Ok I have some X7's and I need to replace the fletchings

I applied the current fletchings with a cyanocrylite glue (spose its a bit like super glue) rather than the fletchtite I usually use as it was recommended to be better by the guy in quicks.

Will it come off as easily as fletchtite or will I have to treat the shafts to remove it?

Try soaking them in hot water for a little while, this usually makes the cyano type glues much easier to remove, then scrape gently with a sharp blade.

Scrape them off with a sharp scalpel.

You will find as has been said on here a sharp blade will do the job well. However I find Superglue is not too good on ali arrows. The fletches will be great for a week or two, then start to drop off. Super glue is not water proof either. I wonder if moisture and a reaction to ali does not agree with it? Anyway. I have given up trying with the stuff and use conventional fletching cement on ali. I have know people to use superglue gel with some success, but no matter what I try, they eventually drop off.
