Is the nock fit fairly tight to stop it from sliding down the string? With a tight fit, any string movement can travel into the arrow and bring it off the rest.

I had my serving redone recently and it is now tighter than before, so g-nocks fit well, but Bjorn nocks slide up and down.

Also, the wrist bent in towards the riser at the pre-draw, will, as the wrist straightens later on, cause the string to turn. A tight fit can pass the turning to the arrow which is in the direction that is away from the riser.

I will pay attention to my wrist position next time I shoot, as I'm not sure what it does.

If you trim the tab, take material off the edge that fits under the arrow.

Noted. Tab was trimmed only on the index finger as that's there the brass point seemed to be rubbing.

There is still a chance that the rest is partly or wholly to blame, but it does seem from this post that the fingers and nocking point could be adding to the difficulty.
I think it would help to have two floss nocking points. Two will remove the need to hold the nock up in place with the second finger. Removing the brass will stop the tab being eaten away.( and speed up the bow)
The low profile possible with floss, reduces the pinching effect and allows a closer fit either side of the nock. This in turn allows a less tight fit onto the string.
I use as little floss as possible. Enough to hold the nock in place and, with a little glue, keep itself onto the string.

Hi click i get this problem too and its definetely my finger sliding up and putting pressure on the arrow, it started after i changed the string, i used to have 14strand fast flight and drew with just one finger above and one below without complications, changed the string to an angel majesty from hnl strings (has improved my sight marks nicely) but i have to conciously remember to include the 3rd finger in the draw now or i slide into the arrow and it pulls off the rest, i also have 1 brass nock and place the arrow under this i`ve also wrapped a little floos round the serving below the nock ot give a tighter fight for the arrow nocks.

sooo i`d suggest checking your 3rd finger is not relaxing too much and not being involved in the draw and thus allowing your second finger to slide up
