| Falling off the rest Why do my arrows fall sideways off my rest? It's a K&K flipper rest, which seems level, although I think the rest may be sticking out too much past the shaft. I've trimmed my tab to try to avoid any pinching (my coach says I'm not). Rolling the serving when I draw was also checked and was OK. When I shot my proficiency round on Wednesday, it only happened about six times - much less than usual - but it still happened. It's very frustrating. I'm moving from Jazzes with Bjorn nocks (which seem loose on my new serving) to XX75s with small g-nocks, so that might help. Any ideas? Cheers in advance ![]()

| Without being able to see what's going on... Check the bottom finger (or tab) isn't touching the arrow and lifting it off the rest... (most likely) Check you're not dog-legging the string (twisting the drawing wrist as you come up to full draw) Check you are not canting the bow to the left ( i.e. like this \ ) ![]()

| When fitted the K&K rest sits horizontal or just below on most risers making it easy for the arrow to slip off. If your problem is not due to pinching etc try bending the bar up a very small fraction mm, then re adjust the rest with the centre of the arrow. |

| I agree with Whitehart just trying bending the rest so that it makes the arrows slide down towards the button. Using a clicker to stop this is not the correct solution. |

| Do you use a finger spacer on your tab? I use a Cavelier Elite tab with finger spacer. I occasionally twist my wrist inwards towards the bow as I start to draw and the finger spacer nocks the arrow off the rest. |
