The Beiter web pages have the hi speed film section, there the arrow is a good distance from the rest certainly when the fletching passes it. I never considered the vertical bounce in the release. I cant pull up the videos on the works machine at the moment to look.

The more you look into the subject its a wonder the arrow hits anywhere near the aim!

I have used the in/out nocks for a while but may go for pins - hope to save some shafts for outdoors.
