carvable foam

Any idea where i might get some for the inside of my bowcase,needs to be at least 36"x12"x2"
Any hints on how to cut it cleanly would be appreciated.

I have had pretty good results using one of those Electric Kitchen Knives, high density foam from an upholstery shop is pretty good.

You could always try your local market , I would go to Derby Eagle Centre to get mine (I live near to Burton-on-Trent) As Greenman says, electric knife works well. Good hunting.

You could also try your Yellow Pages for foam manufacturers that are local to you. I did this when I wanted to replace the foam in my camera case, I think I got an off cut for about £1. I just used a very sharp blade to cut it.

A hot wire setup can be used, not as easy to get as an electric knfe but it does give a good finish
