| I play this game with my intermediates. I call it "Better Than". They have to shoot a dozen arrows all within a given scoring ring. When they've achieved that they go in a ring. If they put one outside the old ring it's back to the previous ring. Colin |

| Good games! Another game you can play is to set an average (say an 8) as zero, 9 as -1 10 as -2, 7 as +1, 6 as +2 etc. Then set a starting point (e.g. 25) The aim of the game is to get from 25 to zero. If you shoot a 7 (in this case), it goes up to 26. If you shoot a 10, it goes down to 23. This can be easily adjusted by skill level (get them to shoot a dozen and take an average or adjust penalty values) and duration (make the starting point 50 instead of 25).

| [quote=Murray;131983]Good games! Another game you can play is to set an average. Thats similar to one of our club christmas fun shoots, we start by taking about 6 playing cards, joker included, then have a scoring system, eg blue no score, clubs reverse 10 zone scoring, joker swap with the person on your target, spades 5 zone scoring ect. shoot 3 arrow ends, before collection someone picks a card, eg clubs, score arrows( inner gold becomes 1 and outer white becomes 10). 2 doz arrows later a winner is found.it is a great game. not too serious . ![]()
