Spoke to NCO Education (W Mackay Esq) last night.

The Coaching Manual is being looked at with a view to updating it.

It will be a slow process.

So in the future (somewhat indeterminate unfortunately), there will be updates to the sections.

Could updates be posted on Gnas website and we can download them as they become available? That way all coaches could keep up to date with current thinking.

Nope! I sold mine to a candidate on a Coach's course I was giving about 8 years ago. Must get myself a new one some time. But there are many things in the old one that are better than the new one.
