Silly me, I should have thought of this... the form on the website is for the UKCC certificate (Level 1), you got the form for the Coach renewal....

You should be receiving some info re your renewal from the Office... providing your details with them are up to date.

IIRC - letters are sent out about 3 months before renewal.

And whatever you do don't let the qualification go... we need good Coaches!

Under the renewal procedure (at least for the UKCC Level Coaches), you can be given a personal development plan, in agreement between yourself and the renewal panel, that if you are short on points, you can do something to get you back on track.

Unless you want to drop out of Coaching altogether , that is....
