Question Handicap table decoding!

I intend to hold a metric sighting and then handicap round this weekend at our club. And using the handicap tables Ive found rounds consisting of 3 dozen arrows at differing distances which is fantastic and just short enough to get it in in an hour or two. From this Ill be able to start constructing handicaps for all available archers. 1 Problem Ive come across in table 14 is if some wise person decides to shoot 20mtrs and shoots 360 what handicap do they get as the tables show a 360 from a 19 handicap right up to 1. This also happens in other rounds can anyone help out with what should happen please should this occur.

In this case it would 19.

You could run the metric sighting at 30m and if you have junior archers who would normally shoot competition distances below this let them shoot 20m or even 10m if appropriate.

or

Use the longest distance shot in the round you are then going to do

best option long term

everybody get their handicap in the weeks before the competition based on scoring three complete rounds.

I don't have my handicap tables to hand but I think table 14 is just for comparison purposes and generally is not used when calculating actual handicaps..... I will need to look this up. For what you are doing this weekend it woud be an acceptable solution but at the end of the competition I would work out the correct handicap based on the competition score for the next competition and after three rounds determine the rounded up average handicap and then work from there.
