Busa

Well done to Edinburgh University for winning the Novice and Senior teams at BUSA outdoors. As well as winning the teams EUAC picked up 1st ladies recurve with Jenny Jepson on 1241 and 2nd ladies recurve with Emma Downie not far behind her. Alex Lamb picked up 3rd gents recurve with a dysfunctional shot metric to give him 1187 In the novice section Euac archers were 1st and second ladies recurve 1st gentrecurve and 1st ladies compound. All in all a succesfull day with over 250 archers competing

Well done Edinburgh. As usual. Here's hoping some of the other unis give you more of a run for your money next time around though!

it shows what happens when Edinburgh has a full strength team present (unlike last year )

it was a very well run comp and the fita didn't take any longer than the albion did last year thanks to the efforts of ACME and Cambridge. It was great meeting new friends and seeing old ones from previous competitions. Was a fun day in almost perfect shooting conditions - apart from a little rain!

A special thank you to the club coach for putting in all the time he gives us year in year out. All of the medal winners started archery at University and through their own hard work under his coaching have developed into very skilled archers - like so many others in recent memory. ASW and EUAC received polite mentions at the recent BUSA awards just missing out on the actual awards.

....The nation formally known as Edinburgh strikes again...

Awesome shooting by those at the top, on an entertaining day. Wish I was allowed out to play...
