Indoor Championships at Lilleshall
Who is going? We're shooting in the morning session on Sunday.

Is there anywhere that Maxine and I can practise at or near Lilleshall on Saturday?

37A Rhodri (even though they got your name wrong )

There's a few AIUK regulars on there I see.

I'll be down for the para squad training camp. We might be shooting a combination of outdoors and indoors, so I'm not sure there will be any available shooting facilities at Lilleshall Mike.

They've also but me down for U of Wales AC (missing the 'Swansea' bit)

I'm not that far away from SP220 either so that should be interesting

I'll be there - Saturday 9.30 session.

I went a couple of years ago - I was going to Bowsports to get some new G3's and decided to pop in to watch as it wasn't very much further.

I relied on my satnav (tomtom) to get me there and it took me down some back road (it had abbey or priory sign posted iirc) which ended up turning into a dirt track (with rubble on it, no tarmac). It was single lane and full of really big potholes. I couldn't turn around and after a couple of miles (well it felt like that), there was no way I was reversing. I passed a runner who gave me a "are you mad" look.

In the end it bought me into Lilleshall (past some old houses/stables on the left). It really was one of those "I can't believe I've just done that" moments.

This year I'll try and take the more conventional route (whatever that is).

Simon don't use the RAC routefinder thing. It took me down the same road as you!

Does bowsports have an indoor range?
