Has any one got copies of these shoots results, I can't remember how I did in them

It's a good thing you still have those results because the GNAS don't. When buzz started this thread, I enquired with them about getting copies (paper or digital). Today I receive a very nice email from the GNAS stating that these results have been shredded and they don't keep paperwork back that far.

If find that utterly shocking . They don't have records of British Target Champs from 5-6 years ago??? Not even for posterity??? I don't understand that logic. Surely there must be some record on file!!

I agree GNAS should keep results and if they could do it before computers even typewriters why not now.

When I restarted archery 3 years ago I enquired about keeping my old GNAS number as I assumed that they would have this on record and all the roses & stars etc claimed - they don't.

With regards to the results and Buzz's positions I made these up (sorry I couldn't resist as it had been a bad start to that day ).
I don't know Buzz,only what's been written on here and I am sure the reality would be much closer to the top.

I cannot phantom how the parent organisation of UK archery can NOT keep records on file. Are they being lazy and just don't want to look it up or can they honestly say they had NO records going back less than a decade??? How can this be? Don't they have an archive of any kind??? So records and scores have been shredded and are gone forever???
