Exclamation England Team to Euronations - Important

At the EAF AGM yesterday it was decided to send an England team to this year's "Euronations". This is in Guernsey, and the team fly out on June 30th, for competition on July 1st and 2nd.
Because of the short timescale, the team of 12 (3 men/women, recurve/compound) will be selected (if possible) from the scores gathered together for the 2005 Rankings lists. Only the FITA scores in that will be used, so the "pecking order" might change.
If you wish to be considered, and you feel you would lose out from taking the ranking list scores (for instance if you did not appear because you did not meet all the requirements) then send your scores (in record status FITAs) for the last twelve months to Dave Harris (david.harris720@btinternet.com) and copy them to me (nick.beeson@btopenworld.com) as well - email has been unreliable recently!
Team members will have accommodation and entry paid, but will have to pay their fare.
If you have any further questions, drop me a line.
This selection system is for this event only - processes will be revised later.
PLEASE CAN YOU PASS THIS INFORMATION ON TO ANYONE YOU KNOW WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED.

Did you get my message Nick. My PC Company supplied) is playing up and it's difficult to send emails at the moment. Perhaps you could give us a postal address too.
Thanks

Did we ever hear who actually made the England team? Or has there been another blunder? I submitted scores but never heard anything more.

This happened last weekend. England gents recurve team were Matt Webb, Neil Bridgewater and Dave Gregson. England won overall although Ireland won the gents recurve (England second). Conditions were breezy (but v hot) and the top score was around 1220 IIRC.
