| CSAA Cheltenham 8th Sept I'm going to this with Him Indoors (I'm just an associate). Is anyone else going? Being up here in sunny Scotland I don't make it to AIUK shoots (in fact no shoots south of the border, as a rule). Would be nice to actually meet a few sassenach AIUKers.

| I was there What a fab day in Cheltenam. Brilliant shooting. Didn't realise there would be other AIUK members shooting.

| Well, I had the worst day this season, hurt my elbow pulling arrows, passive smoked all night in the hotel room (made Fawlty Towers look good - not used to stale tobacco smoke) and got awarded a medal, but had to give it back (called up to my room while in the bath) because someone who wasn't counted as eligible realised the mistake and the organisers had to sort it out.  Plus Him Indoors did something stupid to his bow, realised just before half way, and ended up using it as a training/tuning session shooting barebow. Bit of a comedy really. Cheltenham no more.
