Thanks for a really good shoot! I thoroughly enjoyed it despite shooting my lowest portsmouth score of the season (oops), and the belgian truffles for team gold were really tasty! Also, special thanks to the organisers for delaying sighters for 5 minutes which meant that our top scoring team member arrived *just* in time for the first scoring end! *phew*

C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, it blows away your whole leg...

HA I can see a recuring theme going on here twice Ive led after the first session I was also beaten into silver at the last Barnet Arrowheads by an archer who turned up late and shot a 580 as well. I shall be setting bear traps five minutes before a second session starts to see if I can break this occurance next time! Do you have to fix bear traps down or will snapping bone's be enough!

I can't speak conclusively, but I would imagine that a bear trap attached to your foot might distract you a little, preventing you from doing you best.

Then again, it is possible that you may be able to focus the pain into a big performance boost.
