Well er... I will be picking up my new bow on Saturday and shooting it at Morpeth on Sunday so I'll have all of six arrows to get it tuned and sighted in!

A Hoyt Helix (in Red) and 38# medium G3 limbs. Thought I would buy a nice new case to keep it in but had a problem finding one that I could get my long rod in. Now my rod isn't excessivly long (if you'll pardon the expression) and I've seen recurvers using longer, so why havn't the case manufacturers caught up with the modern trend of using longer rods.

Yahoo - guess who won on the raffle today??!!

I was having hot flushes and had to strip off - I didn't feel at all well (again)!! Anyway finally scored 541 and came 3rd, womble also came 3rd while Slowhand won even with his new bow
