Chorley should be fun! First time I have shot compound in a competition since I took a break from Recurve. New bow, new release aid, new arrows and no sight marks yet for 25M. The only solid object my arrows are likely to come into contact with is the wall behind the boss! This should prove the principle of going with no expectations of a decent score.

If you can get a note to stay out late (delay calling off at the pub on your way home................we all know) we will be confirming our 25M sightmarks on Friday.

Failing that you could always test the "my arrow is stronger than the Chorley bricks" theory on Sunday.

Oh BTW I am on target 3.

No need Medoc! I did that test at Lilleshall last year - "No, no, no Max, when shooting blank boss, you keep your eyes open until full draw - now go and sweep up the pieces of the ACE, and re plaster the brickwork if you don't mind"

Target 2 for me - you can keep an eye on me!
