| YAA Clout Champs 2008 ...will be this Sunday! I managed 8th overall last year, which put me 4th among the Yorkshire archers. Can I up it a place this year??? | I was told someone was sending a sample of the mud to Sankey's to see if it was suitable to make sanitary ware. Certainly a very fine particle size - it got everywhere.

| I had to work on Sunday so missed the chance to practice before the coming Yorkshire's... so long as I don't do as bad as the easter clout, I wont care!!

| I was talking to Lez yesterday about the St George shoot at the same venue. He's clearly still traumatised by the mud! But - I set my PB for a single clout at Bronte on New Year's Day 2007, when the mud was knee-deep and a thunderstorm raged overhead. | It was getting really sticky towards the end - particularly between the shooting and waiting lines. The tent area was very wet when we arrived and rapidly turned muddy. Don't think this weeks weather will have improved the situation.
