Chris is also the best tournament organiser in Cumbria

All the Eagle Bowmen Shoots (including the fab clout weekend)
County Outdoor, Indoor, Combined FITA and this coming weekend the first county clout.

Shame it had had to be cancelled, I had booked that weekend off to help out.

Malvern are holding a BRS shoot for National rounds in August. So if you want to break a record there then why not attend.

Thanks... think malvern is a tad too far to travel in the hopes of decent weather and good form on the day to shoot a national!

I'd rather stay here and practice and chase Archery_Mum and her scores on the big rounds

chris is the only tourny organiser isnt he. and you only got one national judge. so the costs to bring judges in for WRS will cost a few bob

Chris is currently the only organiser of county competitions. I am training up on the tourny organisation front and the Cockermouth club holds three open shoots per year (Metric Madness, Invitation Longbow and St George/Albion), I am getting better at it all the time. I think Chris is also trying to get to Regional Judge level..... I am a bit behind him being a candidate judge.

It is getting better ..... but slowly and from the bottom up.
