I find it much better than shooting in a cramped poorly lit sports hall any day of the week.

So rain...bring it on..it's all part of the day.
Agree with you totally.

My point was that I could be in front of a roaring fireplace with a book or outside taking any elements that comes are way.

I did fish for 15yrs so one thing that i am use to is rain , snow , sleet , wind......

It was dog obedience that had me out in all weathers!!! I remember trying to judge one glorious day, it was raining so hard that it was bouncing back from the ground and making the dogs react strangely . My score sheets resembled something that Blue Peter were going to use as a papiermache project!

So, waterproofs to the ready, snuggly boots (NOT) polished - if it gets cold we can see how many AIUKer's can fit in 1 tent

Well one thing that we get a lot off in yorkshire.

RAIN

Never hurt anyone but annoying trying to score with a pen that will not work.

Will have to get a space age pen when the chance comes.

looking forward to Selby tomorrow - the forecast is appalling with wind and rain in plenty but so what its the same for us all. See you all for a group photo?
BTW i was delighted to see for the first time since the Olympics a decent sized article in the Times today about archery. It is on the GB Gold medal recurve team win at the world cup in Croatia and is by Sarah Potter. I dont know about you but it seems to me that archery is not well covered in the national press and this is a welcome initiative.
