| I really stuggled to find my form over the weekend - can't really blame it on the conditions, although Saturday's shifting breeze was unsettling. Managed to keep it above 1200 on both days, but not for want of trying to snatch defeat from the Jaws of victory Had a comedy moment when my tru-peep elastic tube snapped at the cable end just as I was executing the shot - it whacked me in the eye  and I was lucky thew arrow was stopped by the boss (a miss of course!), or we would never have found it.Had the consolation of making it onto the wining Savile compound team, although I suspect more by just turning up (or rather through RGS for NOT turning up) than by setting the world on fire. Oh well, we do it all again at Bronte next weekend

| I had a pretty good weekend, my long distance stuff on Saturday was scrappy, but held it together (kinda) but a 2 in the last end (the wind caught me) left me on 999 while chasing my FITA star. Sunday long stuff was good, everything then fell apart at 50m. No idea what I was doing or why. Pulled it back together for 30m and ended on 1008.  And I floated in and out of 4th on the leader board.
