Baking hot, south facing, good day out.
MorphyMick and TJ won on the raffle, Kellog got a medal.
My nocking point decided to travel (automated excuse #3716) - so my PB was not that good.

You forgot to add "and LMP didn't. There was also free cake."

Exactly the same as last year.

I have a feeling that the universe was meant to be run on these terms.

But was beaten into 1st place by Dr Evil. Little Longbow also won.

As for the long awaited outdoor h2h between myself and LMP............................................... ..... It was a draw, but I won on hits.

Good job I set my sight marks for 50 yards when we were actually at 60 yards, or else I'd have beaten you and quite possibly Kellog

Was a very good day, I was on the same boss as Trunkles but only just realised it. Doh!

Despite gallons of water, beer at lunch and constantly dunking my hat in the water it would appear the heat has got the better of me. Throbbing headache and my scalp literally feeling like it has a pulse of it's own.

The Miner Willy raffle drought continues unabated and I've even resorted to taking charity off LittleLongbow who game me his prize today!!!

Given my shocking 80yrd section (155......) I'm quite happy to have made 695 at the end!

What did you finish on LMP?

My tickets had the first two numbers drawn in the raffle, but I passed on the second one. Hmmm, I did the same at the Savile indoor, when I had three numbers drawn consecutively. Am I developing the raffle equivalent of target panic?

Shooting-wise, I got a decent second-class score (though I can't off-hand remeber the actual figure -- hopefully higher than Miles'! ). I also managed to avoid sunburn -- yay!

Many thanks to my target mates LMP, GayleC and Bethany's dad, plus all the other AIUKers, for making it such a good day.

It was a good day despite my average score, I really need to sort out those wild releases!!
It was very hot though, I wonder if archery fields could be set up like golf driving ranges? I guess us archers are made of stronger stuff than golfers.

Thanks to Tim, Tracey and Bryan for a good day.
