Pictures of the Yorkshire mob will be up on the YAA site later today. If anyone can provide a written report for the YAA site, that would be great!

Erm........well it was calm and dry during sighters, then in true archery stlyleeee it blew a gale as soon as the whistle went for the first scoring end, was gusty troughout the longest distance and then a monsoon for a dozen in the afternoon. The weather calmed down as the day went on but an added complication on target 1 was avoiding the golf balls fron the tee over the fence which made apperences around the tent and shooting line occaisionally.

The scores were a little under par (compound) from what I remember Greydog with a 1230 ish then Big D 1220 ish a few on 1200 ish.

Erm........well, I manged to win the individual mens recurve (1106) and Abbey Cooper also DNAA won the individual ladies recurve (1110). Shame that DNAA didn't have a full recurve tream or we may have done better in the team event.
Thanks to all for a great shoot.

Yorkshire won the compound and longbow against whoever!! Sadly Ann had to retire from the Yorkshire recurve team with an injury, they did win the highest score after 6 dozen arrows though.

Sadly Yorkshire didn't win the longbow on account of the fact that we didn't score enough. We were 18 up at one point mostly due to our star lady. Despite the weather I managed to get more than my lowest score for the season. One more shoot outdoors at White Rose and then we're confined to indoors.

Was I dreaming??

And they've also realised that Yorkshire didn't win the highest score over the longest distance....due to losing an archer half way through

Sorry LMP, Cheshire won the longbow, we can thank Angus and his merry men for that
Seems a couple of counties had trouble fielding full teams this year, we were short one lady compound ..........
