There's also anothe pie n bean shoot at the end of the month at Southwell, but it's the same day as the Thirsk Portsmouth.

I might try and get to the Thirsk Portsmouth- who's going? Not sure if I can rouse some interest from BoA but I can try...

We're planning on going to Thirsk - pm I think then I can also go to the stable visit at Middleham beforehand and see how my horse is doing!!

You've got a horse??? I bet it looks like that unicorn in the National Lottery ads, with its mane and tail dyed purple.

How did you get on at the Bassetlaw shoot?

My horse is a black type and yet to run!!!!

We went to Bassetlaw there was a huge entry with 22 targets! I shot reasonably - still a long way from where I was!! Guy shot very well - a new PB I think.

The raffle came and went but nothing my way!!! But at least nobody was gloating at me because they won!!
