dont be so hard on youself

If we could all shoot new pb's everytime we shot we would be all world champions, you did very well at a national competition and should be proud of yourself for not coming last

Have some cake

Anywhere near 500 is a good score. Nothing to be ashamed of. My PB is 588 from 1999. Never came anywhere near since. Dont feel bad you didnt get near your PB again thats why its a pb and not your average.

Always be happy with what you scored. We're not machine's and everyone has an off day. Just remember what you did wrong and learn from it...

Should listen to the big Moose

Told her not to use the new release aid until after Lilleshall

Found out last night she used the new release aid that sh had only got the day before and switched half way through back to the existing one

They are different

kids never listen to their Dads but we keep on trying

Sorry you didn't achieve what you desired at the champs,
do you think you can identify why you didn't achieve it, was it trying to hard nerves, or are you going to lay blame with the release aid that your father diagnosed, have a good think, and work on it for the future.
good luck Moosette
