So what were the final results? Who ended up with the trophy this year? Was Neil C there?

Talking

A fantastic day at Brid.

Made very welcome by all AIUK (Brid branch) members. Thanks, Julie and the gang.

Clicki, I couldn't be so cruel as to post a photo of Jez's cake, suffice to say that it was delicious.

Grant, can't remeber who won (Julie may be able to confirm), but Neil wasn't there.

Oh, and guess what?

well done mick, you certainly took home all the prizes. It was great to meet all AIUK members there we all enjoyed the day too. This is just a quick visit to AIUK and then its veg out in front of telly til bedtime cos I'm cream crackered.

Grant, Neil wasn't there. Raymond Sloan of Bronte Archers won with a score of 572. BTW congrats on your fantastic League win, great scoring.

I hate it when the person on the face next to you does well - really puts you off! Big stress-out for me - got utterly and totally lost on the way there, rocked up late, stressed some more, couldn't find money for cake, shot, borrowed money for cake, shot, went to Brid for food, got home. Happy Days :-). Was a fun day out, good to put names to faces. And i'm in the same state as you - but with work to do first :-(. And i didn't get that picture...

Sorry, Miles, found out too late that you were there
Were you on target 8?? If so i was the one hassling you for your scores
Managed to speak with MM and LMP though and agree with everyone it was nice to put names to faces.

Like Julie, I was knackered, i promptly fell asleep when i got home, which really impressed the mrs

Good to hear that Raymond won it - glad it stayed in Yorkshire!
And thanks for the congrats! I hope I can keep hitting the middle when I get to Amsterdam in a couple weeks!

I'd rather see a photo of the cake than your prizes

Yeah I was. Possibly attribute my lack of consistancy to being a bit stressed out :-). Any scores online yet? We worked on the principal that we hadn't won anything, so true to student form ran off to find a pub.
