| I'm with you on that one Tim!!! I was under the impression that FITA's (18) for recurve were 3 spot faces.... would someone be kind enough to enlighten me??

| You have a choice regardless of bowstyle as to single spot or three spot face. Compounds pretty much universally want three-spots to prevent them trashing all their arrows, recurves are split. A lot of tournament organisers use three-spots just because it's easier for everyone to use them rather than have a recurve/compound split. Also, I think the GR world record for 25 metres was shot on a single spot... |
