Back tension

cant measure it and every one in the UK wants too much of it! I recently worked with a european squad where not a mention of back tension was made in a whole week.
The problems you have are:
1) the initial draw is far too quick
2) too many extraneous movements in the draw (see 1)
3)you have to slow down and lose all the "power" at full draw (see 1)
4)your tab hand is not tight into jaw line so you have varying and poor alignement
5) your bow hand is misplaced on the grip (45 dgree nuckles is desirable)
6) your posture is not good (weight nowhere near far enough forward not helped by point 1)
7) your alignement is out, you push out at the begining of the shot thus losing bone on bone stability and front shoulder climbs
8) overload back end due to points 1 and 7
All of the above can be sorted out in about 30 minutes with a "good coach"
