Smile Medieval arrows

There are quite many traditional archers around here and I'd like to have a look at your traditional arrows, well, the one that are not made of any modern material at least...

As for me, I make wood arrows and bamboo arrows.
Here are my medieval arrows (a bit elvish...):




I shoot them either with my longbows. I made some barrelled ones with very tiny feathers especially for long range shooting at the marks.

i have a boxed set of arrows that have been dated at 1875. they belonged to a richard sandford, believed to be the father in law of racheal sandford that shot in the 1908 olypics,

Many thanks ! Even though it is common to loose arrows at thr marks, I found it cool to make them good looking. The barrelled ones were very long to make...
