| video stuff just been playing with some footage of my shooting and tinkering with different ways of presenting all the camera angles - YouTube - my form 30-06-2008 - the directors cut - not great as i didnt spend ages on the morphing sequences so theyre a little ropey but fun nonetheless slainte  rob

| The morphing looks quite good to me. What software were you using? |

| More forward pressure required in the bow arm. Seems too still after shot. Also bow hand is too tense as your hand actually rotates towards you to catch the riser. This is a no no. Unfortunatly for such a manly sport you require a limp wrist.

youre spot on about the forward pressure - thats 3rd on my list after stance (just about where i want it now) and release (but my reading if things is that release is linked to that forward pressure and balancing it with the expansion) not entirely sure what youre seeing with the wrist but will watch again myself until i understand slainte rob
