I knew there was a reason why i didn't like coke, unless it has rum in it, but thats a different story. Very impressive though. So say, you had just eaten a mento what would happen if you then drank some diet coke, or are the effects more potent if you drink normal coke?

A lot of these effects are inhibited by the bodys natural digestive system. However you'd probably feel really bloated for a while. lol, and I doubt you normally drink litres of coke at a time, which is what this demonstration uses................. Mmmmmm one way to quieten kids down....

Saw something similar on braniac, they made a water spray gun by putting a hole in the lid of some lemonade (looked like a sprite bottle) then adding a polo mint to the lid and quickly screwing the lid on.

saw all this aaaaages ago, check youtube, the mento's and coke thing has been around for time immemorial rockets over the roof, exploding packets it has them all

and also a man who eats 2 packs of mentos and then downs about a litre of cola immediately. Just causes a lot of foamy vomit very quickly but he's ok.... rather dissapointing really

Excellent

Mythbusters did something similar with Spacedust and Coke, although they did use a pigs stomach which eventually exploded . Although it was not that dramatic

Experiment 2 is even better. These guys have been sponsored by Coke and Mentos now.
