V Bar stabilsers

Have a couple of of stabilser questions please:

- is there a real difference in using a short extension bar with v bars? If you have enough weight on a long rod will having an extension just tip over the balance too much?

- what is the main advantage of using an angled v-bar holder as to a flat one?

Thanks

Its all about the weight balance. Longer extenders pushes weight forward and makes the bow want to tip forward more. Im not exactly sure on what happens with angled bar but I guess it will cause to bow to react less as the weight being lower will offset the higher weight? My guess only.

We discussed the angled v-bar issue last week (I startedteh thread) have a look for the thread titled stabs again but this time with a twist (sorry can't put the link in as I don't know how!)
