Indoor spine rating weak - any issue?

For info:

current outdoor setup - 29.5" draw length, 41lbs on the fingers, currently using Navigator 610's, which are perfect for me.

Indoor set up - same draw length, same poundage, X7's rated at 1914. Which, according to Easton is two spine ratings too low.

I shot my first Portsmouth today since March and scored a 551, which is about 30 points on top of my PB, averaging about 110 per dozen. I was pretty pleased with that, and I'm convinced that 560 is achieveable with relative ease.

My question is - is there detrimental effect in using weak arrows indoors?

They fly well, they group well, and they work - if it aint broken, dont fix it, right?

If you are scoring well you are scoring well. I started with Navigators indoors ,changed to X7's after a while I got new PB's, changed to Fatboys, scores went down to be replaced by new PB's as I got used to changes. It is human nature to think "what if..."The Navigators are expensive if the get damaged. The X7's are inexpensive. The Fatboys are fast and medium priced. The Fatboys are good linecutters.

Who says you won't score higher with a correctly spined arrow?
Perhaps you are selling yourself short.

You say that you're using Navigator 610's with good results outdoors, I just checked on the Easton spine charts and X7 1914's show as practically the same spine rating as your Navigators, here's a link.
Easton Target Spine/Weight Table

Cheers, Jim.
